Loss and Replacement Card

  1. In case of damage, loss or theft Loyalty Card SPAR please tell employees partner establishments where the card has been registered;
  2. In the case of destruction, loss or theft of the registered cards, it is possible to read previously accumulated points. The participant will be issued a new card, which will be assigned collected points. In the period of waiting for a new Card Loyalty Points SPAR they are not charged;
  3. Principles of issuing a new Loyalty Card SPAR in the case referred to in paragraph 2 are the same as when joining the Programme;
