8. Payment And Pricing

8.1 We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

8.2 We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

9. About Our Returns Policies

The following returns policy applies to items purchased on the SPAR website.

9.1 Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

9.2 For men's innerwear, returns accepted within 7 days only on unused products and in original packaging condition.

9.3 Intimate apparel (lingerie, shapewear and nightwear) can be returned only when the original packaging and tags are intact. Returns on underwear is conditional due to hygiene reasons.

9.4 Any luggage items with locks must be returned unlocked.

9.5 Returns are not accepted for edible items and some consumable items. Non-returnable items are marked on the product detail page. If a received item is damaged/defective, you may choose to dispose it at your convenience. The 10 day time-frame listed above is for customers to contact us and request for a refund on their order.

9.6 Precious jewelry items have to be returned in tamper free packaging. Any additional cost incurred for tamper free packaging will be reimbursed.

9.7 Return facility available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on items.

9.8 Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
